Madeline writes:- The thread used is 80/2 Egyptian cotton With D.M.C. as a gimp thread.
The pattern was given to me by Marie-Anne Claeys and started on one of my weeks in Bruggge. Marie-Anne is a lace teacher at the Kantcentrum.
The mat has been back to Brugge on several occasions and finished with the help of Tricia Bury in her Thursday morning class.
